The email marketing campaign made some pretty unforgivable mistakes that could have turned into a marketing nightmare and seriously hurt the company’s brand reputation. The email marketing message indicated that this SEO company was missing some of my personal details and that they would like me to update my profile. I would not normally have minded because I know (and at one time, trusted) this company, however, they made some critical mistakes that made me question the source of the email.
